If one person doesn’t text another person on the reg, hypothetically speaking, then assuming that one person doesn’t like the other person is totally on the norms.

If you just thought about someone, I suggest you text them ‘cause they might be all “what if -insert name here- thinks I’m annoying?”, or they actually do think YOU are annoying and roll their eyes whenever your name pops up on their phone.
